This Privacy Policy explains how 2050 LLC ("2050," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Moonshots.to (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account data: email address, display name, and related profile fields you provide during sign-in or onboarding.
• Social / signal data: X (Twitter) profile information you choose to connect or look up during onboarding (such as username, bio, and follower counts), and related confidence signals we generate or store.
• Trading and wallet data: market positions, trades, balances (play and real USD), deposits, payout requests, and resolution history.
• Payment references: Stripe customer and payment identifiers and status metadata. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe processes card data.
• Communications: content you submit through the Requests form or other support channels.
• Technical data: cookies or similar technologies for session authentication, IP address and request metadata for security and rate limiting, and basic server logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and secure accounts
• Process deposits, trades, and payouts
• Resolve markets and enforce our Terms
• Respond to requests and communicate about the Service
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with law and enforce our rights

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the Service, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and hosting / database providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale of 2050 LLC. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We retain account, trading, and payment-related records for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Session cookies last for the duration of your authenticated session (or until they expire). You may request deletion of account data subject to legal retention needs.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including Colorado residents under the Colorado Privacy Act where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise rights or ask privacy questions, use the Requests form on the site. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You can stop using the Service and request account closure.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including signed session cookies and HTTPS in production. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities via the contact in security.txt.

7. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. International transfers

The Service may be hosted in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
